Aidan & Michi are the couple behind Sunny Times, a small-batch honey brand from the Tweed Valley in Northern NSW. Their approach is simple, thoughtful and very much centred around the bees — working with the seasons, the local flora and the landscapes their hives call home.
Their honey is raw, unfiltered and harvested in small batches, which means every jar is a little reflection of where it came from. The flowers, the climate, the timing, the bees — all playing their part.

How we make an impact

We’ve pledged to donate a native tree to Carbon Positive Australia for every jar of honey sold on our website. These trees restore vital bee habitats, improve biodiversity, and regenerate land that was once barren - creating a healthier environment for pollinators and people alike.
