ニール・リッチーは2014年にニュージーランドで養蜂を始めました。オーストラリアに戻った際、ニールはKeepers Hivesを立ち上げ、小規模生産で100％生の蜂蜜を作ることを使命とし、オーストラリアの植物が生み出す風景と独特の風味を真に反映させました。
それぞれの瓶は、ミツバチが意図したままに残されています—手を加えず、加工せず、その産地の風景によって形作られています。ニールにとって養蜂は単なる蜂蜜作り以上のものです。それは生態系を守り、それを大切にする人々を認識することです。Keepers Hivesは、その物語を一瓶ずつ誠実に伝える彼の方法です。
