We’re proud to announce that we'll be hosting Rooftop Bees' award winning Yuzu Honey on our website on an ongoing basis as part of our initiative to support Australian beekeepers.
Rooftop Bees was founded in 2019 by John Prince - John’s mission began high above the city, transforming underused rooftops into thriving bee sanctuaries. Today, Rooftop Bees manages hives for over 50 leading organisations across Australia - supporting pollination in both urban and regional landscapes while reconnecting people with the source of their food.

Yuzu Honey | An Infusion of Australia’s Finest
This unique honey blends Australian raw honey with hand-picked yuzu peel and juice, grown on the slopes of the Ovens Valley in the Victorian Alps. The result is a bright, aromatic flavour with notes of mandarin, lime, and bergamot — a delicious twist rich in vitamin C and natural antioxidants.
The yuzu itself is an ancient citrus fruit celebrated in Japan for its uplifting aroma and symbolic link to happiness, perfectly paired with honey that’s just as pure and alive as the hives it comes from.
