Thirty years in hive-powered wellness. A lifetime in the making.
I want to personally thank you for supporting us over the past 30 years—it truly means the absolute world to me.
This journey has been a dream come true, taking me all across Australia and the world to share the incredible health benefits of the hive and highlight it's vital role in our ecosystem. Together, we’ve made a difference, and I’m extremely proud and grateful of the impact we’ve made, big or small.
As we look to the future, I look forward to continuing this journey with you, spreading awareness to the importance of bees and making a positive impact wherever we can.

Grab a cuppa and scroll on down, because here's how it all came together for us.
1994
It all started back in 1994, when Antony stumbled across a native beehive in a Sydney backyard. He was so curious about it that he set up a little hobby hive of his own, just to figure out how these amazing creatures actually work. He never expected that bit of curiosity to turn into his life's work, but that's exactly how Natural Life began.
1996
Sharing raw honey with friends and family was a lot of fun, but the real surprise turned out to be propolis. Antony started using it on his kids whenever they had a cut or a sore throat, and he couldn't believe how well it worked. That's what led him to make our very first products, the Propolis Liquid Drops and the Propolis & Manuka Honey Spray.
2010
Before long, people overseas were hearing about our hive products, and they wanted to try them too. Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and the Middle East all came knocking, so Antony packed his bags and went to meet everyone in person. He built the business abroad one country at a time, working his way through each country's regulations along the way.
2018
In 2018, we were named a Finalist in the NSW Asian Export Awards, which was a pretty big moment for all of us. Around the same time, chefs, beauty bloggers and international publications started talking about what we do, and a campaign with Du Ruo Xi introduced us to a wonderful audience in China.
2019
Australia is wild and beautiful, and we wanted our skincare to feel the same way. That's why we created Wild Bee Skincare, which brings together all the goodness of the beehive with some of Australia's most bioactive native extracts, so nature can do what it does best and look after your skin.
2024
These days, Natural Life is Australia's leading bee health brand, and we're really proud of that. Antony has never let his standards slip, so everything we make meets the highest TGA standards. We also team up with Regenerate Australia to help support bee populations around the world, because the bees have given us so much. Speaking up for them will always be at the heart of what we do.
Our mission is to empower wellness with bee-powered products that nourish both people and the planet.
The idea behind our initiative to partner with Australian beekeepers was to give them another platform to help spotlight their livelihoods. By sharing their stories and supporting their work, we hope to help more Australians understand how much our world relies on bees, and the people dedicated to protecting them.
Supporting Our Beekeepers
In August, 2025 - we officially partnered with Regenerate Australia, pledging to donate a native tree for every jar of honey sold on our website. Each tree goes towards rebuilding biodiversity, protecting habitats and restoring barren Australian lands. Alongside this, we collaborate with Australian beekeepers every month to directly support their work & help showcase their beautiful honey to our audience & beyond.
Our PartnershipWhat started as a one man business 30 years ago, has now turned into a family business. Antony's two sons, Charlie & Macsen, have recently joined the business, joining their father and Auntie in helping grow Natural Life. Alongside them, Leanne, our office manager, and Adam, our warehouse manager, have become an integral part of the Natural Life family, ensuring the business continues to thrive with passion and care.

Every jar of Rooftop Bees’ award-winning Yuzu Honey sold this month directly supports Aussie beekeepers and funds the planting of a native tree - helping to create lasting impact for our pollinators. Native flowering trees provide vital nectar and pollen, expanding food sources for both honeybees and Australia’s 1,700+ native bee species, while also restoring habitats lost to urbanisation. By strengthening biodiversity and easing resource competition, these plantings help ensure healthier, more resilient bee populations - so your purchase not only tastes good, it actively protects the future of Australia’s bees.
* Due to strict Western Australian biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship our Manuka Honey to the region to protect local agriculture and ecosystems.

Our bee pollen is chemical free & ethically sourced from the Redgum Eucalyptus forests in Western Australia. Unlike many competitors that source their pollen from overseas, our bee pollen is proudly non-irradiated, a process that involves exposing it to low doses of ionising radiation to eliminate harmful bacteria, viruses, or pests when crossing the border into Australia. This process removes the natural nutritional value of bee pollen and ultimately makes it sterile.
How To Use
Take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon 2 times per day to experience the burst of energy that our nutrient rich bee pollen granules offer. Mix it into your water, juice or smoothie, or sprinkle it over your fruit or yoghurt. We love to pair it with our Manuka Honey to boost our brain power & optimise our energy production to get us through the day.
Allergy sufferers may experience a severe reaction. Store in a cool, dry place. Tamper evident packaging - do not use if seal is broken.
