How Do I Access My Customer Portal?
Confirmation Email
After purchasing a subscription, you'll receive a confirmation email.
This email contains a link to access your subscription portal, where you can manage your subscription settings.
Email After Each Order
After each recurring payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email. To view your order, click the "View your order" button.
On the order confirmation page, you'll also find a "Manage your subscription" link to easily update or modify your subscription.

Whilst we do offer international shipping, subscriptions are only available to those living in Australia.
When you subscribe to a product, you will receive 15% off your first order and every recurring order. You will be automatically billed on your set subscription date and the product will be delivered to you at the interval of your choosing (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can change, pause, skip, cancel and add new items to your subscription whenever you'd like.

Of course! Simply log into your account portal, and under your subscription items, you'll find a drop-down menu labeled "frequency." From there, you can easily select between 30, 60, or 90-day delivery options.
