Ingredients
1 medium frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup lite coconut milk
1 tbsp nut butter
Goji Berries
1/2 a banana (sliced)
Cocoa Nibs
Coconut Flakes
Chia Seeds
Method
Step 1:
In a high-speed blender, add the frozen banana, coconut yogurt, cocoa powder, lite coconut milk, and nut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
Step 2:
While the smoothie base is blending, slice the remaining half banana and gather your toppings: bee pollen, goji berries, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and a drizzle of Manuka honey.
Step 3:
Pour the blended smoothie mixture into a bowl, smoothing the top with a spoon.
Step 4:
