We recently sat down with one of our advisory board members, Natasha Sidoti, to discuss the diverse nutritional composition of Bee Pollen as well as the incredible health benefits of daily supplementation. Here's what she has to say.

Hi, I'm Natasha Sidoti, clinical naturopath and board advisory member to Natural Life. Bee pollen is nature's multivitamin, a great way to boost energy and metabolism throughout the day. It's rich in enzymes, minerals, minerals, vitamins, flavonoids, protein, carbohydrates and much more. Bee pollen is collected by honeybees using trace amounts of pollen and nectar mixed together.

And just like the bees, we can use it to boost our energy and metabolism and nourish our bodies throughout the day. I like bee pollen for its energy boosting effects, rich in b vitamins, supporting red blood cell production, and quick energy boost that's also sustained throughout the day so you don't get that 3PM crash when you want to grab for coffee or sugar to just get to the end of the day.

Along with supporting energy and nutrient status, bee pollen is fantastic for our gut health. It has over 5,000 different enzymes. Without enzymes, it's very hard to absorb our nutrition. If we're low in enzymes, it's hard to regulate our bowel movement. And if we're low in enzymes, our gut flora or our gut microbiome is likely to be imbalanced as well.

Bee pollen from Australia is also non irradiated, so it's not sterilised in the process of importing it, which means we're protecting heat sensitive enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidant status that is the whole reason we're taking bee pollen in the first place. So I recommend having bee pollen for your energy, your optimal nutrient status, your gut health, and overall well-being.
