Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats (dry)
1 cup raw almond
1 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup dried gogi berries
1/3 cup Natural Life Bee Pollen Granules
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Natural Life Manuka Honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp vailla
1/2 cup almond butter
Method
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 155°C Fan bake
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients except coconut and hemp seeds in a large bowl
Step 3:
Add liquid ingredients into a small saucepan and place over low heat until combined.
Step 4:
Pour wet mixture over dry mixture and mix until evenly coated.
Step 5:
Spread evenly on 1-2 baking sheets and firmly press the granola into the pan then sprinkle hemp seeds on top before placing in oven. After 20 minutes, turn the pan/s, sprinkle coconut flakes and place them back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
Step 6:
Wait for the granola to completely cool before lifting to allow it to clump. Then place in mason jars
